Joburg CBD just needs to be kept clean daily. What happened to pick-it-up?
It seems the cleanliness stopped or reached as far as the container block of flats. They need to keep the sidewalks clear of vegetation and rubbish and that part of the city from Eastgate right into the CBD would look much better.

A couple of comments
0.20 Eastgate was built in 1979 and at the time was the biggest shopping center in the Southern hemisphere – It celebrated it its 40th birthday last year. Park Meadows the shopping Center on the left was built in 2001 and was a major disappointment because we as kids were promised an ice rink and were given a put put instead.
